1
Filling in a questionnaire
You receive the questionnaire and fill it in within 1−2 working days. This is where a counselor identifies your background, strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
2
Assigning a counselor
Within 7 working days after submitting the questionnaire, a manager assigns an academic counselor to you.
3
First consultation
First meeting with your academic counselor over Google Meet. This consultation is for discussing your goals, preferences, and opportunities and setting up the framework for future work.
4
Confirming the university (programs) list
During the meeting, a counselor presents the list of programs selected for you within a scholarship.
You can reasonably ask to remove some of the options that you don’t like. In this case, a counsellor makes a new list within 5 working days.
5
Document gathering
Each academic program requires different supporting documents. A counselor helps you format your CV and 2−3 recommendation letters.
You write a letter of motivation by yourself but a counselor gives you a template and asks specific questions to reveal your strengths, potential, and motivation. Then, a counselor proof- reads the final version of your letter and edits if necessary.
Document gathering takes from 3 to 5 weeks.
6
Application submission
A counselor submits your application or you submit it under his/ her guidance. An application fee (if applicable) is paid by the client.
